About the Project
TQMS trains local vendors and small businesses to handle meat in a compliance-oriented and healthy manner. They faced logistical barriers managing training and trainers’ schedules offline, especially in remote locations with low internet connectivity. Their paper-based documentation was inefficient and error-prone. They needed a custom digital solution that worked both online and offline, allowing trainers to take notes offline and sync them online when connected. The goal was to streamline training processes, improve data management, and facilitate real-time reporting, thereby enhancing training quality and compliance without sacrificing their hands-on approach.

Our Solutions
In response to TQMS's challenges, Enterprise Monkey developed a custom web app using PHP and an iPad app with React Native. The app was designed to function seamlessly both online and offline, enabling trainers to store data in remote locations and sync it once back online. The intuitive user interface ensured effortless navigation for trainers, simplifying tasks such as checking schedules, taking notes, adding forms, and recording signatures. The app's features included dynamic forms, offline functionality, and secure data storage.
